Be sure to pick the correct visit type (New vs returning/phone vs video, or medical cannabis certification). Either are optional in most cases however some visits may require a video consult (Video preferred for new patients and required for medical cannabis certification).

No Waiting

No need to wait for confirmation, your appointment will be scheduled and confirmed as soon as payment is submitted.

Check your email

For new patients, several emails will be sent to you including confirmation of your appointment, receipt for payment, and an invite to the patient portal.
Click on the invite link and fill out your information.
If you have not received an invitation email, check your spam folder. If not found request the practice send one.

Forms

The required forms will be in your portal account for you to fill out and submit.

Please complete at least 24 hrs prior to your visit or immediately if scheduling close to your appointment time.

Visit by video

Access your video visit in the patient portal or use the direct join URL sent in your email. Please check-in 15 to 30 mins prior to your appointment time.
When you join, you will be put in the waiting room and the provider will join you shortly after.
