How Does it Work?

 In a remote physical exam, the patient uses a device to perform a self-physical-assessment, with data securely sent to the provider for review, enabling diagnosis and treatment—all from the comfort of their home.  

1. Schedule Your Visit:
   Schedule a remote physical visit with your provider. 
2. Performing Physical Exam:
   Within 24 hours of your scheduled visit, perform your exam using the device and app along with the included attachments, following the prompts to complete your exam, then save and send to your provider. 
3. During Your Visit:
   After reviewing your exam, your provider will discuss any concerns, ask additional questions, provide recommendations or advice, and prescribe treatment if necessary.

How Does it Work?

 In a remote drug screen, the patient collects and processes their own specimen at home using a test selected by their provider, with real-time guidance and review during a video visit. 

1. Schedule Your Video Visit:
   You'll start by scheduling a video appointment with your healthcare provider. This appointment will typically take place about 2 weeks from the day you have ordered your test. A link to order your test will be sent to you. 
2. Test Kit Sent to Your Home:
   Before your video visit, the drug test kit will be mailed directly to your home. It will include all the materials and instructions you'll need for the process.
3. Collecting the Specimen:
   During your scheduled video visit, your provider will guide you through the process of using the test kit. You'll open the kit during the appointment and follow the included instructions to collect your specimen (such as urine or saliva). 
4. Processing the Test:
   The test only takes about 5 minutes to process. Your provider will wait and review the results with you in real-time during the video call.
5. Results Review and Confirmation:
   Once the test is finished processing, your provider will confirm and discuss the results with you during your appointment.

Please Note: The test must not be open before your video visit. Opening it will require ordering a new test, rescheduling, and paying an additional fee, with no refund for the initial payment.
